Abstract

En esta tercera entrega, pasamos a considerar las degeneraciones retinianas periféricas basadas en la profundidad de los cambios retinianos observados en la Tomografía de Coherencia Óptica (OCT, por sus siglas en inglés): 1) Degeneraciones Intrarretinianas, 2) Vitreorretinianas, 3) Coriorretinianas, según Venera A. Shaimova et al. (1) Con esta técnica, se logró obtener imágenes de alta calidad en diferentes lesiones periféricas como son: Degeneración Lattice o Empalizada, Degeneración en Huella de Caracol, Penacho Retiniano y Desgarros retinianos.
